I'm pretty sure they don't offer the bearing separately because they buy it as a assembly. Since they aren't putting it together they don't have the parts to service them. I bought a extra eccentric for a spare and it comes with everything needed. You can get SKF bearings for it from world wide bearings or here's a replacement kit.Hello BrooklynV4,
Based on this spare parts diagram below and also from the service manual, I don't think Ducati provide a solution to replace just the bearing only, but most likely you will need to replace the entire hub assembly, Part#15 in the diagram below.
