I ended up going with the Moto-D STS instead of the Pitbull TRS due to the space constraints of my van. Was testing the fit today and realized how much easier loading the bike in backwards (standing in front, pushing on the handlebars) is. Significantly easier and more stable going up a ramp that way over the traditional method of standing on the side and using the clutch to creep the bike up.

Will post pictures and possibly a video when mine is installed. I gotta get a longer extension cord to drill through the floor of my van, my battery drill couldn't get the large bits through.

Great looking build. I’m curious why did you settle on the HPK rotors when I thought I noticed T-drive rotors in previous pictures? What tune/map are you running? Also have you put it on the scale(s) yet? Know what it weighs with a full tank?

I will be honest.....I'm a weekend mechanic, more or likely someone already builds the way it has been. I guess if anything, I will maintain a problem-solving build if anyone has an issue going towards this way.

for example, people complaint about drags of their front brake caliper, I would ask them to clean them as much as possible, and by changing the dry brake kit will have easier access to get a deep cleaning, removal piston and inspect seal will help too to understand if needs to renew and etc.

so....you might have to google some of the things you want to know. I've seen as light as 398 lbs on youtube, but, I'm dying to see some of the members here to beat that 398.

Gotcha. I prefer to the t-drives personally. If you have the T-Drives available for sale that came off the bike let me know. 398 is very light. I’ve seen 400-398lbs for the V4 Superleggera full of fuel. My track V4 is currently at 395lbs(215.3lbs-F / 179.6lbs-R) with a full tank.

amazing track build with 395!!

here is the video clip I'm going to reference on a few more mods when the time is up.

I've ordered a set of Thyssenkrupp carbon wheels for my bike...hopefully I will get to use it next half of track day.

Carbon wings! 😲 I get a pain in my hip pocket just from thinking about these. Maybe one day... Looking forward to your impressions of how the bike feels. I liked the look of the R from the moment I saw it and when the S came out with this fairing I didn't hesitate. I know some prefer the sleeker 18/19 fairing but for me the gills and wider body give the bike more presence and differentiate it nicely from the V2.

TBH, my friend sold his bike, before Ducati performance delivered the product, so I absorbEd the merit. I would probably went with regular wings

agreed with size (that’s what she said....lol).

happy Father‘s day everyone!

decide to give some protection for the fairing by adding heat shield where is was foam from OEM location to deaden the sound.

right side fairing , I was thinking coverage should be flow of exhaust surface.

So….I have Brit parts on there now….do I consider an Italian bike? 😂 jokes aside

i had to put into shop after my Utah trip, phenomenal track btw ( you’re right @HKMP7 ), gear sensor was acting up, warranty the part, changed the slave cylinde, and crossed my fingers

i had to bleed the clutch on the track , just a little bit air, still rideable even thou there is an error on the dash. According to my gps lap timer, still hit trap speed of 174 down the straight!

My favorite parts of that track is the attitudes and release! Riding a fast track like that makes you feel like a proper SBK rider.
The top WSBK guys trap speeds are around 193mph. Not bad at all considering our bikes are about $150k less.

lots of fun for sure, yes, my favorite part is the same: "release", so many lines you can overtake with the track that wide, lots of fun passing in that area.UMC July 2021.jpg
