be aware though that the V4R uses different Rearset due to the pivot adjuster lock screw
According to Ducati 2020 V4S and V4R spare part catalog

The RIGHT holder plate (#1 in the diagram) had the SAME part# 82413471BA R.H. FOOT PEG HOLDER PLATE

and also the SAME part# between 2020 V4S and V4R for the LEFT side #16 in the diagram: 82413461AA FRONT L.H. PLATE

i think the issue is more for the aftermarket rearsets, i bought a set of lightech for a V4S and they wouldnt fit the V4R

I see.
Anyway, from my "quick research" it looks like any V4S or V4 base model can upgrade their non adjustable pivot to BDS Titanium Adjustable Pivot simply by buying V4R side plates from Ducati or from Motocorse, if Motocorse decide to produce their version of V4R side plates
However, I only did a "quick research" so I strongly suggest anyone interested in the group buy to look at the part diagram more closely between the V4R and V4S to make sure they don't need to replace other parts, but in summary it is doable (y)

The stock ones will work no problem. The issue would be with some aftermarket rearsets.
I think mine will work tho
But I think you won't be able to use that nice swing arm pivot bolt cover from Desmoworld anymore, right?

If I get the V4R rearset plates I would ceracoat them black for sure.
Looking at doing that to the rearset mount/swingarm brackets on my 1299 - is ceracoat the best option for a durability and finish?

I’d prefer gloss black than matte since the grey/silver just doesn’t really do it for me.

i got back pricing from BDS - SEE BELOW

And yes we also can make a group discount for 3-4 Pieces.

Production/Delivery Time of the 3-4 Pieces is 2-3 weeks.

So here the offer of the group order:

3x titanium rear Axle Ducati V4R + 3xSet of titanium pivot adjusters + shipping = 6600€ (7000€ regular)

4x titanium rear Axle Ducati V4R + 4xSet of titanium pivot adjusters + shipping = 8400€ (9300€ regular)

And If you like to pay via PayPal, we need also 2% of the total amount, because PayPal demands 4 % from me.

Best regards

Daniel
so...I’m in, do I need the adjuster?

Yeah cerakote is super durable and its not as thick as powdercoat. So areas that require precision wont be affected. Its super popular in the gun industry.

This. The side plates on my v4 are out for cerakoting right now to match the black Lightech rear sets that are getting installed.

got this back from BDS

Hi Anthony!

Im not 100% sure if that works. The V4 side plates and swingarm pivots are completely different so not compatible at all I think.

Best regards
