Oh, one more thing, The Ohlins RVP25 that was offered to me (picture on the post above) looks like an older version too because the newer version have a much sexier caliper mounts/bracket (that Motocorse ahem copy) 😁,
picture below is what I believe the newer version but the list price from what I heard is around 19,000 Euro (if you can source one)... so I am not that crazy 🤪

I stayed up until 2am last night trying to solve the "clearance delay" issue at FedEx for the SC-Project WSBK exhaust. Apparently the shipper put the description as COMPLETE EXHAUST TERMINAL GROUP WSBK
but FedEx is confuse with the description and unable to find the right Harmonized Codes (HS) for it to classify. I called FedEx this morning and they say, they already have enough information to clear it, however, it still show delay on FedEx tracking, so I am still worry...

Anyway, if someday this happened to you the correct HS Code is 87141040 - Silencers, mufflers, exhaust

but at least as consolation, another parts arrived today from Moto Composites Canada. I ordered this Carbon Fiber lower chain guard about months ago:

IMG_0371.JPGIMG_0372.JPG

Now, I still have a lot more Carbon Fiber parts coming from:
a. @Ilmberger Carbonparts
b. Peter Lieb
c. and also from Ducati factory (parts that belong to V4 Superleggera).

I am so excited and can't wait for all this carbon fiber parts, so please stay tune to DUCATImodified.com forum :p

I can't believe this... it's like trying to win the heart of a "playing hard to get" girl 🥴

So once the SC-Project WSBK exhaust arrived in Indiana FedEx facility... right away it got delayed due to "custom clearance" issue,
because the description on the Air Way Bill was:
COMPLETE EXHAUST TERMINAL GROUP WSBK

I mean it is clear on the description that the item is an exhaust, and FedEx could easily google "SC-Project" that was written in big font on the outside of the cartoon box,
but... they just can't find the right Harmonized Code (HS Code) to classify the item for custom purposes.

So after doing research at 2am, I found the Harmonized Code and also find the "obscure email" to send the information to FedEx.
Which is this: Silencers, mufflers, exhaust with HS Code 87141040

Of course that "obscure email" was just a general email for custom / import issue, so my email got forwarded to the head agent which then forwarded again to the right agent handling my case.
The agents at FedEx were nice, however, since they were busy, my exhaust was not cleared to move until late Wednesday...
However, I am very happy that it then showed I should received today...

So for the whole day, I keep refreshing the Tracking webpage, only to found out, that from FedEx Indiana facility, it have to transit to FedEx hub in Tennessee and of course the package will not arrived today...
Hopefully, it will arrive tomorrow though (Friday), because otherwise, it will be further delayed until Monday 😅
Well, hopefully this "hard to get" girl errrr Exhaust will be beautiful enough and worth the wait and effort 😘

Below is the screenshot of the tracking this past few days after arrived in Indiana:

I can’t wait to see the exhaust! That chain guard mounts up to the stock exhaust tho it may not work on the SC project. Mine was not re used with the Akrapovic.

Thanks for the information @HKMP7 I honestly forgot how that chain guard mounts since it had been months since I took out my stock exhaust 😅

However, this just arrived and my welcoming officer sat (literally) sat on top of it (guarding the precious cargo), I will made some unboxing video soon 🤩🥳

It even come with Carbon Fiber Lower Tank Cover, similar in the way it mount to the Peter Lieb's version that I already owned, although the Peter Lieb's carbon fiber is NICER than this SC-Project carbon fiber cover.
However, for this SC-Project WSBK exhaust, I had already ordered Ilmberger version which does not use mounting bolts to attached but simply use adhesive. The reason is because I plan to still use the AELLA Tie Down bracket which require HIGH TORQUE to the mounting bolt. I think the carbon fiber will cracked if subjected to the high pressure from the high torque M8 bolts:
IMG_0382.JPGIMG_0383.JPG

The good news is the inlet diameter of the SC-Project silencer is around 54mm so I think I have another idea to FURTHER MODIFIED this exhaust, after all we are members of DUCATImodified.com 😎

I am really want to do this, maybe not right away, but I just like the Termignoni Slip-On SO-05 GP Classic Silencer look and thinking of replacing the silencer of the SC-Project WSBK system (only the silencers). I know this is a downgrade in term of material because this Termignoni Silencer is Stainless Steel based while the SC-Project Silencer is Titanium,
However, I just can't get rid of the image of 916 embedded in my brain with a Termignoni Carbon Silencer.
I also think it will be even louder because it is shorter and without any kind of protective grille (and what look like a basic db-killer in the SC-Project silencer), but I think it will also be deeper sounding because it is every slightly larger in diameter....
Below is a very very rough picture edit that I made myself, and I think I like it 🧐
This just need some welding and bracket making though...

Doing some test fit of the exhaust assembly today and make sure all the hardware (bolts, nuts, bushing, bracket, springs, O2 sensor adapter and blanking plug etc. is complete).

First test assembly:
IMG_0404.JPG

Then I realize, there is 2 anti-seize package, and decide to compare to my regular favorite Loctite Silver Grade anti-seize,
and from further research found Loctite had a NICKEL anti-seize which have a much higher heat resistant property up to 1315 Celsius or 2400 Faranheit, so I bought it from Amazon today and will arrive Monday.

But this also means, my plan to install the manifold and exhaust piping this Sunday will have to be delayed until after the Loctite Nickel Anti-Seize arrived on Monday.
Permatex also made similar Nickel Anti-Seize but I just like Loctite by Henkel better (just brand preferences).

Loctite 77164 Nickel Anti-Seize, 16 oz., 1 lb. Can: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

1613278425550.png

Then I decided to test fit and make sure I can still install the AELLA Tie-Down Bracket with the SC-Project Silencer Bracket and will not hit the exhaust pipe. Oh, for testing, I used my spare RED color AELLA Tie-Down Bracket, but I will use the GOLD color one for the real install:
IMG_0401.JPGIMG_0402.JPG

The right side barely clear the pipe and the left side had more clearance, but they fit, and this also means, I don't have to buy or thinking of new different tie down bracket and I don't have to buy longer ProTi bolts, which is good news to save money 😇

Of course there are some bolts related to this SC-Project WSBK exhaust that will be replaced with ProTi bolts/nut or hopefully if I can make it fit, the Motocorse bolts for silencer, that is on the way from Motocorse JAPAN 😉

That is all the update for today... I will have little update tomorrow but maybe not much since I am also planning to work on my car a bit tomorrow...

That is a NORMAL behavior considering he is a 4 months old puppy who is still curious.
I have no interest to be a professional YouTuber, so I don't want to "disturb" the life of my family (including our family puppy) too much just because I was making an unboxing video.
Plus I think many viewer who perform their own modification at home can relate with the "interference" while we work on our Ducati either from wife, kids, girl/boy friends, roommates, brother, sister, even puppies 🤣

Question...so I'm considering buying the cheaper non-WSBK CRT version of this system...what belly pan/lowers were you planning on running? The stockers, even the Akra version of the lowers seems to leave a lot of exposed pipe where the stock silencer (or Akra) used to be. Which could be cool to see the exposed Ti ...but it kinda looks unfinished without a full coverage pan.

Hello A016738,
I had purchased the Ducati official Akrapovic Lower Belly Pan which came with a detachable cover to use with Slip-On Akrapovic, and you can purchase this for your bike
(make sure you choose the right part# to match your bike color theme, because they have different paint finished and sticker/decal to be used with V4R or V4S or V4 Corse and in my case the 916 anniversario).

Below is mine specific for 916 Anniversario:
IMG_9754.JPG

If you notice that "detachable COVER" for slip-on model, that should provide enough covering for a FINISHED look, I arrange the pictures below side by side so you can compare.
The left is the picture you provided above with the SC-Project pipe exposed, the right one is a V4 Corse with Ducati official Belly Pan Cover with the "Cover for Slip-On" attached, and you can see the "line" of the total fairings, which I believe pretty much will cover all the SC-Project piping.

Now, of course, since this is DUCATImodified.com 😎, you can always modify the Belly Pan further with the Carbon Fiber parts from Peter Lieb 🤩,
and mine is currently already at a local DHL facility, and should be delivered to my house either today but most likely tomorrow 😃.

Here is Peter Lieb's carbon fiber parts that I am talking about (make sure you order the Slip-On version from Peter Lieb):

When I purchased my FM Project exhaust, they put me in contact with the Motocorsa racing team and I was able to procure a belly pan from them. Had to drill my own bolt holes and a cutout for the kickstand, but it worked fine. They sold it to me for roughly 200 bucks including shipping.

Might be an option if you get an exhaust one of the various racing teams are using.

By the end of the day, today Amazon delivered the Loctite Nickel Anti Seize:
IMG_0406.JPG

However, I was already too tired to start installing the exhaust since it had been a long Monday (at work) today...
still after reading @Andy7 posts, I got inspired (y) 😃and try to keep up a bit by doing small thing this evening, which is setting up the Upper Triple Clamp stand from Valter Moto:

I bought this stand a few months ago and took it out from the box to inspect before, but I never remove the plastic covering until today.
I am pleasantly surprise to see the attention to detail like the "tire" on this stand have Valter Moto written on i, plus the wheel design also very "racing" 😜

IMG_0408.JPGIMG_0409.JPG

The Pin adapter also fit very well:
IMG_0410.JPG

and I install it for the first time for added stability since I don't want to install the Ohlins forks until I install the radiator (which is after the exhaust) so I can have more space to work without the forks on the way, and to prevent from scratching the finish of the Ohlins Forks...
especially since I am trying to sell that Ohlins Forks 🤪

IMG_0411.JPG

Then I took picture of the location of the O2 sensors just for my reference on where I will put those O2 sensor at the SC-Project WSBK manifold because the SC-Project had so many holes for O2 sensor (Six holes) so I want to make sure...
IMG_0407.JPG

I will continue more hopefully tomorrow...

It's a good way to start your day when Mr. Postman deliver your part that you had been waiting for 3.5 months since early November 2021 🤪

I ordered this Samco ProFuel Xtraflex Silicone Hose Internal Bore Size: 6.5mm, 1 Metre Length 1 for £66.73, plus £32 for shipping, and the total was £98.73 or around $140 (USD)
Yes, that is for just 1 meter length. It is expensive because it had an inner lining inside that made is suitable for FUEL since I will be using this hose for the EVAP Canister to Fuel Tank and Fuel Tank overflow.
Regular Silicone hose will not be able to withstand fuel.

I bought this hose from my long time provider of Samco Hose, Merlin Motorsport in UK, very nice people and always good service.

The reason for the long wait was because I choose, Samco Colour Option: Orange that is what made it 3.5 months of wait because ORANGE color for this hose is BUILD to ORDER...
but of course I got to have matched Orange color with the rest of my Samco Hose ;)

With the arrival of this last Samco hose, now I have everything to install the airbox back so hopefully can start the engine again after the exhaust installed 🏍

Below are the pictures and notice in the second picture it shows the "inner lining" :
