In my opinion EVR makes the best slipper out there. STM is over complicated and uses a spider spring that I'm not crazy about. The whole EVR design is superior IMO. Not having to rotate and move the whole clutch hub in its slipper function is very clever too. I should mention I don't run EVR...
I just tried this 3 weeks ago and bailed on the process. It was distorting the rubber to much. It felt like the zip ties were going to cause permanent damage to the tire, sidewall and bead.
Getting the tires off is the hard part. Putting them on is super easy with soap n water, one tire iron...
Stumbled across this quick clip today of the race team putting it all together. Thought you guys/gals might like it too.

Hey hey, I pm'd you on the other group before I seen your listings here. Quick question about the HEL front calipers, did you like them? Any input is appreciated but I understand if you don't want to cloud your listing up answering questions like mine
I have the same issue with my clutch. The vacuum bleeding doesn't work for me either. I need to use forced fluid method using a large syringe (like the ones at the auto parts store and/or the grocery store cooking section). Make sure to get the biggest one you can find.
I can't seem to find the specific info for the older generation starter solenoid/relays but as with most ducati's they crank over slow. Many have switched to larger wire with higher strand count of pure copper and had success but to do the high current relay/solenoid and the wires you will never...
Im happy with the with the Ultrabatt. It turns the bike over just the same and it has protection circuit inside. I accidentally left the key on over night and the bike would not start. Turned the key off then back on and I was good to go.
To be completely honest I think the antigravity is the...
I had an idea and wanted to run it by the group. We all know that tire pressure and tire temp are very important to be quick. Would an onboard tire temp readout be useful? The electrical information and intervention is forever growing, while out riding (especially in the AM ) I often wonder if...
Time for an update.
So. My bike is a 2013, thw forst year of the redesign. Most know that you shouldn't buy the first year of any new vehicle since there are bound to be issues that need ironed out. The 2013 is no exception. Over the years I have chopped into the main wiring harness as I was...
Quick back story. A life long friend, the man who got me excited about Ducati's decades ago passed away just before Christmas after spending 2 years in and out of the hospital. Feeling that he was about to die he asked me to take his Monster s2r 800 , sell it and give his son the money...
WOW!
You are in a fantastic position to do the Factory Pro shift detent upgrade right now too. I swaps put the arm for a slightly thicker arm, replaces the roller with a ceramic bearing roller and uses a stiffer spring. The results are more positive shift engagement and less false neutrals. I...
I emailed them directly before purchase and they don't have a USA based supplier so for us to purchase them we have to go directly through them. It wasn't bad though, I took less than a week for the battery to arrive (I'm in Michigan).

It was a very big shock going from the lead acid battery to the lithium Antigravity battery (-7.64lb)a couple years ago. In hand I would have swore that the Ultrabatt was a tad heavier than the AG.
