V2 WSS Bike

Started work on the V2 world supersport bike, i will post up pictures as i go but don't have a lot of time to document everything. These are some of the parts that will be fitted, WSS harness, ecu and dash, as well as a febur wss radiator and oil cooler, IMA triples and motocorse fork lowers.

They are both very well constructed the febur radiator for the V4 fits better imo than the h20 mainly because of where the oil cooler lines a.re located on the H20 they are both on the right hand side and won't work with the termignoni exhaust, custom lines need to be made to fit correctly. The MB radiator from the corse catalogue is the best of all of them but hard to get and very expensive. MB do make a road version but i haven't used one. They won't sell the corse one direct unfortunately. Both febur and H2o have good customer support.
I have the febur On the V2 and it fits very well.

Fitted the Brembo rear master cylinder and 3D printed a carbon battery box for the V2

Test fitted the Ktech through rod rear shock, will need some custom spacers to get clearance but should definitely fit, this is a V4R shock. Also made a carbon bracket to hold the regulator and coils. The aluminium one that came in the kit was junk.

Made a titanium rear disc, had to make a jig to hold it so i could get both sides perfectly flat without chatter.

V2 pretty much finished, fitted dry clutch yesterday just a couple of things to tidy up and ready for testing

Well I learned something there. Did not know you could 3D print carbon fibre. That is cool. Thanks for posting.

Great to have those machining skills. Just a pity I don't have any. Bike looks great.
