Overwhelmed by all the tune options - Need help

Good day everyone!

I am new to Ducati and just bought a brand new 2024 Panigale Base V4. The first thing I did was install a Spark 3/4 system because I wanted the undertail exhaust look and more aggressive sound, but now the bike runs poorly , exhaust smells really strong, and I got a check engine light (probably because I disconnected the cables that go to the servo).

I have been reading for days on all the different Ducati forums and can't seem to make a decision. I spoke to my dealer and they said I should go with Upmap from Termignoni, but online everyone says its not the best option.

Can someone here help me understand the few questions I have?
  1. Does tuning actually void my warranty in the USA? (My dealer says that Upmap would not but that other online tuners will")
  2. How much should I be paying for a tune and what is the best option if you're on a budget?
  3. What is the general consensus as the "best tune" for these bikes in terms of reliability and smoothness. Not looking for the biggest horsepower gains.
  4. Do tunes impact rider aids like TC, WC and ABS?
Thank you in advance!

With most of these tunes you can put the original tune back in (reflash back to stock) before you take it in for warranty purposes but pretty sure dealer can see if a bike has been flashed and will assume you've tuned it. If a dealer is looking to get out of a warranty claim they'll find a way regardless most times. Best thing is to try to find a good, reasonable dealer if you do have options. Mine would go to bat for me and likely approve a warranty claim on my bike regardless of it having a tune since it was from a reputable source.

Deussen is the best by a country mile and pricing is approximately inline with others (SLR, BrenTune, etc...)

a tune will not affect DWC, TC, abs, etc. Most tunes can remove the exhaust servo from the mix to avoid the CEL and usually have options like disabling cylinder deactivation, "pop and bang" tunes, etc if you like. Ask the tuner if you want a specific feature and they'll tell you if they can, and/or if its ill advised or not.
