One of the first mods I did was a 520 chain conversion. I got the EK3D chain in gold with a Sitta rear sprocket (didn't change the gearing,) Ducabike sprocket carrier, nuts, and sprocket carrier nut.

Then, in the cockpit I installed the Ducabike GP edition triple clamp (likely going to change that soon,) Ducabike button pods, CNC carbon reservoirs, Performance Technologies brake lever guard, Domino GP grips (a must IMO,) Brembo RCS corsa corta master, WRS clear windscreen, and the NRC front signals. Kind of basic stuff, but there is a lot more to come. I'm going to spice things up here soon. Also, these mods were done in 2021.

I also installed a Sprint P08 filter and I flashed the ECU with a stage 1 Brentune. I forgot to mention that I also installed the CNC rearsets. I love those. The grip is amazing, and the adjustability is perfect.

Next up, STM dry clutch install. This is a must. My Duc can't continue to exist without a dry clutch. That, my friends, would be a sin. 😁

Clutch basket and oil pump gears installed. I also meticulously cleaned the residual sealant from the engine case.

Here is the clutch installed. 😍

Here is the clutch with my Spider cover on β€” love it. You can also see a better shot of the rearsets here.

Mocking up my Rotobox Bullet rear wheel just to see how it looks. I had to take it off, because I'm doing a bunch of other mods right now. But this is pretty much where I am at this point. Also, you can see the new oil in the pan below. I changed it just in case there was any gasket material in the pan from the clutch install. I didn't see any fall in during the install, and none came out. So, that was good to see. 😎
