Ignition cover bolt removal help

Trying to replace my stock ignition cover with a carbon one, but how did others remove these bolts. I am aware that it is two pieces the hex top part is screwed into the bottom part, but how did other get it off?

Big pliers and brut force. New bolts are cheap. Heat if possible.

Oh, sorry. I didn't zoom your pic, so you already have bolts of from frame. That's the hard part. There is quite hard loctite in frame threads. Those top nuts are not so tight, but since that is your outcome, you need to use pliers or bench vise to hold that bolt while using Allen key for nut.

There might be too hard loctite between bolt and nut, that shouldn't happened. Bolt needs to be tighter in frame than nut on bolt. So use heat and maybe 2x nuts where to hold while using allenkey for nut.

I have been trying, but let me try heat.

Get two nuts that will fit on the exposed threads and tighten them together. Use a wrench on one of them with a hex head driver on the other end.

Pliers is the wrong tool. They are kind of like a Dremel in that regard.
